Jamón glaseado con miel

Ingredientes:
1 lata (20 oz.) piña triturada, escurrida
1 taza azúcar negra, presionada
1/4 taza miel
½ cda. mostaza
½ cdta. clavo, molido
1 (4 a 5 lb.) jamón cocido y rebanado
Procedimiento:
Precaliente el horno a 325º. Prepare un molde para rostizar con 2 tazas de agua.
En una olla grande, a fuego mediano, añada piña, azúcar, miel, mostaza y clavo. Cocine moviendo con una cuchara de madera hasta que el azúcar disuelva totalmente, aproximadamente 5 minutos. Mueva constantemente, hasta que el líquido reduzca y la mezcla espese, aproximadamente 10 minutos. Cubra todo el jamón con esta mezcla y cubra con papel de aluminio. Hornee por 45 minutos. Retire el papel de aluminio y hornee por 15 minutos adicionales.
Rinde: 15 porciones, aproximadamente.
